Hubspot Form Single Checkbox Error

Hi everyone, I hope somebody can help me.

I made a Hubspot form for our company page which we embedded on the website.

Form has few single checkboxes, one line and message properties.

Everything worked well unill I added two more checkboxes on the form today.

For some reason, now I need to check all of the checkboxes to be able to submit the form (they are NOT required).

The error that I get below each checkbox that is not checked is "The value must be equal to the other value".

HELP!

Hey @Martina19 as Frank mentioned a link to a page you're seeing this on would be a great help.

However, one immediate thing I think of is that here's some custom scripts for the form on your web page. Have you set the form as "raw html form" within the styling section? If so, if you disable this, do your submissions work correctly? If they do, it definitely means there's some third party scripts on your page causing this issue.
