Surveys - is there a way to design them?

And I'd like to change how some of the orientation of questions look. For example having a radio field that's horizontal like this: https://prnt.sc/cmxsbQLYUVFW

So far I have not seen any options to change the look and feel of it.
Any ideas?

No, unfortunately not. HubSpot surveys currently do not offer this level of customization.
