Offline forms at exhibitions

We often take part in different global exhibitions and like using online HubSpot forms to collect leads in real time and add them to HubSpot automatically.
Unfortunately wifi signal is not always good as well as mobile data at the exhibition site.
I was wondering if there are any user friendly apps with the Forms which are able to collect data offline an send them to HubSpot when the signal appears, which can be integrated with HubSpot?

Thanks for reaching out! For offline lead collection at exhibitions, you can use the HubSpot mobile app, which allows you to collect form submissions without an internet connection. The data will sync to HubSpot once you have a signal.

This way, you can continue to use HubSpot forms and ensure your leads are added automatically when you reconnect.

Hey @OlgaUF, updating my last reply, I was able to find an idea in our ideas forum here.

As currently the workaround I gave won't be ideal, and this is not being currently planned.

I would recommend still commenting on the idea to get the attention of other users who may have found other ways to solve this.

The information I got from HubSpot Support is very very confusing ragarding this HubSpot mobile app.

Do you mean that the app doesn't work and I should look into other 3rd party solutions?
