Can I autofill existing fields?

I am driving new trial signups. As part of the process, we're collecting additional information after the form fill is complete to most accurately provision their trial request.

I am looking to create a form that auto-fills some of the information already provided (email address, company, etc.). This will allow a notification to be sent to the customer success team to provision the trial with all the necessary details as well as preventing a second lead being created (avoids the user being able to add a different email or company if we can autofill).
