Best way to capture leads at events with no internet

Does anyone know of a good app or integration we could use to capture leads when the event space does not have internet? I wanted to create a form and landing page for this but there will be times they won't be able to access the page.My manager has not had good luck with Eventbrite. He wants to know if anyone uses Survey monkey for this?

Would love to hear how others are managing this.

Hey @DMurphy1 most apps/integrations will be dependent on an internet connection.

I would reccommend using Excel to populat a CSV file that you can then import into your CRM. Instead of form fields, you can have these properties as column headers (e.g. below). Then you can import this data into the CRM.

First Name

Last Name
Email
Location
Industry

Etc...

I think using excel would work but I was hoping to have the form look a little more stylized with the same look and feel as our HS forms. Maybe I could create a fillable pdf form and then import later.

Thanks for your help though. I will experiment with a few differnet things.

Hi DMurphy,

There are a few tricks that are way better than excel:

Let your field team collect business cards as often as they can
Prepare some index cards to capture contact information from those who not have business cards. I would only focus on getting the full name, company name, email, and phone number so your contacts do not spend a lot of time entering their information. Your field team can add notes at the back
Take pictures of the badges that the attendees wear for those who do not have a business card and are not in a position to write down their information

When you have internet, all three formats can be easily uploaded to a lead capturing mobile tool (check out ebCard) and automatically sent to HubSpot with additional data, like complete missing emails, phone numbers, and postal addresses.

Some other Options:

You could take a card scanner with you at the event

You could build an Excel form

Build a MS Acces form.

We used those before having the internet everywhere

We use AtEvent, works on and off line and integrates with HubSpot.
