User behavior tracking that integrates with script forms?

Hello!

We are shopping around for a user behavior tracking software (like HotJar, Crazy Egg, etc) that integrates with the HubSpot forms. Since they are built using script, we have had no luck in finding any tool that is compatible to track user behavior/interaction with them, but we are hoping something out there exists so we can measure form drop-offs, etc.

Has anyone found one? Or some other solution or workaround?

Apprecaite any insights.

Hi! Thank you for responding but I am actrually in search of a third-party tool that uses heat mapping and other data to send insights about how users interact with our forms. Crazy Egg, HotJar, Mouseflow, etc.

Mouseflow claims to do it, but since the forms are built using script, and not typical <form> code, it is not working correctly.

We're currently utilizing Hubspot effectively ourselves. To give you an idea, I've just put together an example specifically for you. However, it's important to note that if you're on a basic Hubspot plan, your form may be set up within an Iframe. This setup could restrict various tools from capturing the details entered in that form.

I have. A HubSpot support person told me I should ask the community if they could recommend any tools.

Thank you. From the URL provided, it appears we already have an ongoing support ticket for this issue, so I will respond within that thread. However, I noticed that the form in question is embedded within this specific iframe:

`document.querySelector("#hs-form-iframe-0")`.
