non-HubSpot forms

Hi,

I have a wordpress website connected to the hubspot account using the hubspot wordpress plugin and have enabled non-hubspot forms in the settings but i am still not seeing the entries in hubspot from the non hubspot contact form on my website. I haven't added the tracking code as I have connected the wordpress plugin instead, do I need to add the tracking code as welll?

Thanks for the help but unfortunately this still doesnt work. The form doesn't even show up on the hubspot forms.

Can you post a link to a sample page with a form on it?

Based on what you said, it should be working because the tracking code is embedded on your site per the Hubspot WP plugin so there is no need to do it a second time.

Thanks for the help, unfortunately the website is in development currently so is not live but I will return when it's live and post a link.

We don't need the whole website to be live and in many cases it would be enough to create a duplicate page for testing prior to taking the site live. This will allow us to see more details that will be helpful in troubleshooting your issue such as seeing the live code for any potential errors, understanding how you are coding the forms on wordpress (embed, plugin, etc.), and more.
