      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I&amp;nbsp; have a wordpress website connected to the hubspot account using the hubspot wordpress plugin and have enabled non-hubspot forms in the settings&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;but i am still not seeing the entries in hubspot from the non hubspot contact form on my website. I haven't added the tracking code as I have connected the wordpress plugin instead, do I need to add the tracking code as welll?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The process you are following is correct, but I suggest you check that the internal names of the fields on the website match&amp;nbsp;the HubSpot internal names. For example email&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Based on what you said, it should be working because the tracking code is embedded on your site per the Hubspot WP plugin so there is no need to do it a second time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We don't need the whole website to be live and in many cases it would be enough to create a duplicate page for testing prior to taking the site live. This will allow us to see more details that will be helpful in troubleshooting your issue such as seeing the live code for any potential errors, understanding how you are coding the forms on wordpress (embed, plugin, etc.), and more.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
