Trouble with Non-Hubspot form connecting with Hubspot

Hi there,

I have 2 contact forms on my website (one in English and one in French). I would like the leads to go directly to HubSpot.

I have the HubSpot tracking code correctly firing up (double-checked with Google Tag Manager), and have the setting to collect Non-Hubspot forms turned on.

I have read this publication and this one too, but still can't figure out why this is not working.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue? The website in question is www.glush.agency.

Hi there,

Assuming you've looked at the non-HubSPot form requirements from the publication link - can I verify what you meant by "leads going into HubSpot"?

1. Are the form submissions being tracked in the form dashboard?

2. Are contact records not being created? Or are the fields not mapped properly?

If the first one is true, I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot chat support who can trouble shoot the issue for you.

If the second is true, you may need to do some additional custom field mappings to pull the data through correctly.

Hi Clarinda,

The forms are not being tracked in the form dashboard. And consequently, the contact records are not being created either.

I spoke with the HubSpot chat support, but it goes to the Sales team which says I have to speak with the community. So I'm kinda stuck.

Hey @GoncaloSa looks like your form is not using a input type=submit button and also has JS bound to the submit event on it:

As per the requirements on the doc you've linked here, this makes your form incompatible with the Non-HubSpot forms tool. You would need to either use HubSpot forms or integrate your forms via the forms api.
