Simply go to your HubSpot > Marketing > Lead Capture > Forms!

Hello @TBaidya , I mean that, the Form Tool is blocked. How Can I Unblock it.

You will need to verify your information to start using HubSpot. Before you do that, all services will stay blocked. Click the "Learn more about account verification" link you see on your HubSpot screenshot.

Hey @DHart4 from your screenshot it looks like the information you've provided to HubSpot was not verified or verified as invalid for them. So the account has been locked from creating forms.
