Using Meetings to schedule a Meeting after the initial form

Hi Folks,

I have a wordpress landing page with a Hubspot form in it. Upon successful form submission, I am trying to show the Hubscpot meetings calendar either as a popup or in the thank-you page.

The issue here is that I capture all contact information in the first form and then the visitor sees the Hubspot Meetings module, which shows available date and time. But then it asks for NAME, EMAIL, etc. I need a way to skip this and just make the visitor select a date, time and submit.

Any help would be apprecaited!

Hi @udayak,

You can "Auto-submit form when all fields are pre-populated" in the form settings of your meeting link.

Thanks for looking into this...

We have both these options enabled but the data is not pre-populated, maybe because we use WordPress. Is that correct?

Is there something that I can do to cut the second screen (capturing name, email, etc.) from the Calendar/meeting feature?

Yes, it might be because you are using WordPress.
Have installed the HubSpot tracking code on your WordPress website?

The easiest way to do this (and add other functionalities) is to add the HubSpot WordPress Plugin:
https://knowledge.hubspot.com/integrations/install-the-hubspot-wordpress-plugin

As far as I know capturing first name, last name & email are required.
Curious if other Community Members know a way around this.
