Hello,

We are considering using Landing pages to leverage meeting scheduling pages for our demo and pricing request forms. We have dynamic lists created so that if a contact is a member of an organization that a BDR is assigned to, the respective meeting link for their account is the one in use. In the case of a contact where a meeting link isn't associated with an account assigned to a BDR, we would use a round robin meeting form.
I have a few questions with this approach-
Can we assign a lifecycle stage to a new contact that uses a scheduling page? Can we assign a BDR to a contact that uses a scheduling page if they are not already assigned a BDR?

In our current workflow, the contact fills out a form and they are enrolled in a workflow that assigns a BDR to the contact and then enrolls them in a sequence to try to convert them to schedule a meeting.

Our hope in using a landing page where they are scheduling right away is that more of these leads convert to a meeting, but I want to make sure that BDR assignment and Lifecycle assignment is considered in whatever we build.

Thanks for the tag @BérangèreL - I agree that yes it's possible with these resources to show you how, @EMcGrath.

Keep in mind that creating smart content like landing page content based on list membership requires that the prospect has interacted with your website (and therefore the tracking code) so that they're cookied. If they haven't been cookied, but they're on a list, it will not matter and they'll see the default content. I just like to call that out.

Otherwise, it sounds like you can use a landing page for the demo, and once they fill out a form the thank you message (or thank you page) can help funnel them to the right BDR.

Thanks @danmoyle ! Any thoughts on how we could get them assigned to a BDR, then get them to that BDR's landing page? Our thoughts in doing this are speed to demo, while also making sure our lead distribution for inbound is even for our BDRs and keeping existing assignments in mind.

@EMcGrath after assigning to a BDR, it would take a HubSpot workflow and email to get them to a landing page specific to said BDR. I don't know of a way, with standard HubSpot tools, to make it happen instantaneously. Maybe serverless functions and some custom coding, but that's out of my wheelhouse.
