Track individual form submission date

Hi Hubspot,

I would like to track all individual form submission date done by contacts for reporting purpose. In this case, i see a field (recent Conversion date) but the date is overwritten everytime there is a new conversion. For example in my report, i want to show contact A submitted form X on Date A & Date B (i.e history of form submission). How can i create a date field that is able to show when form is submitted & the value is appended? Is there a way for me to use form submission date available in the form performance? Please help.

Hi @DGanasan,

HubSpot does not have a field type which supports this, unfortunately.

You would have to create a custom date property per form and use workflows to set the current date for contacts who submit them.

This type of report is unfortunately, as far as I know, not possible within HubSpot natively.
