Hello. I've looked through the community posts, but I can't seem to find an answer to my challenge.

We are developing a landing page for an event and we need to collect three pieces of data that we do not want to keep in Hubspot long term. For example, one question is 'Will you be using the shuttle to/from the event?"

We do not want to use a 'custom field' or keep this data long-term since it has no bearing on the actual attendees once this event is over. Is there any way we ask a question like this on a landing page without using a custom field?

Many thanks - John

Hi @SCS_Marketing,

No, there isn't. It's common to create custom properties for this use case and, if not needed after an event, to archive the properties.

Information captured through HubSpot forms must be stored in properties as values to be accessible / for list-building / exporting etc. There isn't any way to create a form field that's not linked to a property.

Best regards!
