Most likely not - unless it is done for clearly mobile usability issues.

I did the same thing for a while and apparently if it served at the time even after I deleted it and tried to adapt it better, on my website you could see the keyword very clear using different tags, h1, h2, h3...

h1 tag is important for SEO. Include at least one h1 tag on each webpage. we also included h1 tag in our website.

Hidden H1 tag can hurt SEO because of H1 tag is the good spot of optimizing a webpage for a keyword. You can reduce the size of the text of the H1 tag.

How could I set an H1 tag on my website ??

It would be effective if you have to scroll a bit to see the H1 title?
