Hi @Etta2 Glad to see you. That's a great question! Besides brainstorming with ChatGPT and checking trends on Instagram and Tiktok, here are 3 ways I recommend to get content ideas for a brand.
1. Listen to your audience
- Check the comments, DMs and questions your audience ask frequently. There are great sources for content because they show what people are actually curious about.

2. Observe competiters and other industries

- Look at what similar brands are posting and see which content performs well. You can also take inspiration from different industries and adapt those ideas to your brand.

3. Turn everyday brand activities into content

- Share behind the scences moments, cutomer stories, tips, or your work process. Simply daily activities can become engaging and authentic content.

In conclusion, I believe you'll create lots of great content. Keep going_I'm cheering for you!

By Thinzar (from Myanmar)

Please I have a question, asides brainstorming with Chatgpt and checking trends on Instagram and TikTok, how else do you get content ideas for a brand. Or what prompt do you use to generate content ideas tailored to a brand, so I don't run out of contents

Hi @Etta2,

Great question! Aside from using ChatGPT and tracking trends on social platforms, one of the most effective ways to get content ideas is probably by really listening to your audience. Pay attention to the comments they leave, the questions they ask in your DMs, and the type of content they engage with most. Customer feedback and reviews can spark ideas that are directly relevant to their interests or pain points. Also, tap into communities or forums where your target audience hangs out and see what topics they’re naturally talking about. This gives you organic insight that goes beyond algorithms.

When it comes to generating tailored content ideas, it helps to get specific about your brand’s goals, audience, tone, and industry. I usually frame prompts or creative sessions around real situations or challenges the brand is facing. This approach leads to more focused, usable results and prevents the content from feeling generic or repetitive. Over time, building a flexible content calendar with room for spontaneous ideas can also keep the creativity flowing without feeling like you're constantly starting from scratch.

Hope this helps!

I usually get content ideas in a few different ways:

Audience-driven research – Check FAQs from your customers, comments on social posts, or even reviews. These often surface the exact topics your audience wants you to cover.

Content repurposing – Turn one strong idea into multiple formats (e.g., a blog → carousel → short video → webinar snippet).

Trend layering – Use tools like AnswerThePublic or BuzzSumo to spot trending themes and then tailor them to your brand.

On the tools side:

Canva is great for repurposing into quick social visuals.

Hootsuite helps with scheduling and spotting which posts are working.

And for video specifically, I’ve been using GudSho it goes beyond hosting by letting you publish, organize, and track video performance. That feedback makes it much easier to see what content ideas actually resonate, so you never run out.
