I am here looking for how we create a content strategy for my website. currently I am working on one of my website. I want to make well organized content strategy for my website. Need help regarding this,

Hey @EArmstrong6 content strategy can be a big project depending on your audience. There is a great class on creating a content strategy available on HubSpot's academy here:

There are a good few steps I always take when developing out a content strategy though which may help guide you:

Target audience : Clearly define who your target audience is. Create your marketing personas to define who your audience are.
Define your key dates : Do you have specific release dates? Specific KPIs you wish to hit at specific dates? (e.g. x downloads by month 1). Are there any public holidays or events happening during the year which may be applicable to your product? Can you leverage these into marketing opportunities?
What channels are you audience using : Define which channels (Linkedin, facebook, blogs, emails, chat etc) and determine which ones you believe would be useful for your platform.
What is the voice of your company : It's important to define a consistent voice, are you objective and direct? Are you friendly and personal?. Setting out a voice along with key words, phrases and mannerisms to do/not do is important to establish a consistent, professional voice across your brand.
What do the next x look like? : I generally like to work in 3 month planning periods. So I create a miro of 3 months, with weekly blocks. Then plan out the content I plan on delivering in those 3 months. You could say 2 social posts a day, 3 blog posts a week, 1 landing page, monthly emails etc. It really is down to you and how you believe your personas will enage but I find visually mapping it out along with the headings/purpose of each piece of content is really beneficial. (Miro is great for this).

For example, a SaaS company might focus on SEO-driven educational content, while an eCommerce brand leans on short-form video and influencer collaborations. The key is documenting why you’re creating each piece and how you’ll measure its success — that’s what separates strategy from just publishing content.
