We have a store, we established the products and their links like:
example.com/product/P_name?PID=1&CID=2

PID=Product ID
CID= Category ID

We established the products with these parameters and added these links as internal links to track them on Google Analytics

also, these links have a canonical to the non-parametrized links
example.com/product/P_name

but there's an issue: when the user enters the canonical links from Google, we can't track them because he enters the link without a parameter like this:
example.com/product/P_name

My question: does this criteria is ok for SEO?
or there're good alternatives for it.

please, give me the best practices in this case

Well from an SEO standpoint those aren't very friendly URLs and would most likely hurt you, so I would chose another strategy.

Second, do you mind explaining what you mean by "adding them **bleep** internal links"?

Here are the steps you can follow to handle parameters:

Identify the parameter link in your answer.

Highlight the words For example "security patrol services" in your answer.

Click the insert link button (usually represented by a chain icon) in your text editor.

In the URL field, enter the URL of the page you want to link to. In this case, it would be "www.example.com/?page_id=1234 ."

Click "Insert" or "OK" to create the link.

Preview your answer to make sure the link works correctly and the text is formatted as you intended.
