Check if meeting is booked with workflows

Hello all!

I am trying to create a workflow that checks if the user that submitted a specific form is going to book a meeting after that (after the form submission it automatically redirects to the scheduling page). However, I can't find the right filter for the meeting check:

If a user submits form X AND if he didn't book a meeting after submission --> follow-up task to connect

Does someone know how if that is possible? Thanks!

Hi @KSergieva11,

This can best be solved with a workflow delay until an event occurence:

As you can see, this workflow would delay until a meeting is booked. With the checkbox at the bottom, a branch is created for contacts that do not book a meeting within 5 days. (You would have to specify some date range for this to work.)

The left branch, the one where people book a meeting, could simply stay empty. The right branch, the one for people who do not meet the event criteria within the specified date range, is the one where you send the reminder.

@DGarg I'm sorry but this workflow draft is misleading and wrong. It is missing a delay and will inevitably send contacts down the wrong branch. The filter for the last meeting date means that previous meetings will also be considered and not just the one right after the recent form submission.
