Delays based on meetings booked/better workflow options for meetings

The ability to do more with the Hubspot Sales Meeting tool in workflows is very limited. For example, I want to set a marketing email and internal notification to go out two days before a meeting is booked. This can't be done in a workflow. It also can't be done from the Automate feature in the Sales Meeting tool. Seems to be a fairly significant feature to build into Hubspot. Please upvote!

Hi @BérangèreL. Thank you for assisting with this. I looked at the two scenarios you provided and I don't think either help me. Let me try to explain the scenario in detail:

Client A schedules a meeting for 2/26/24 using the Hubspot Meetings Tool. Client B schedules the same type of meeting on 3/4/24.

On 2/24/24 and 3/2/24, I would like to automate an internal email notification to our service team to remind them of the upcoming meeting.

As far as I can tell, this can't be done in a workflow. I also contacted HS support about it.

Sorry for the delay in the response and thanks for the additional information!

I created an example of a workflow for that (see below). This is a workflow based on a property "Date of last meeting booked in meeting tool", with a delay and then an internal notification that is being sent several days before. Is that what you are after?
