Issue with filtering by Associations

I'm creating a specific list for all our primary contacts at customers. I'm following the steps in this article: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/create-and-use-association-labels.

The "Actions" drop-down I need to define the relationship to the company does not seem to be appearing (screenshot included). We are on a Sales Enterprise license. I am making a contact list.

Any advice on what I'm doing wrong? Thanks!

Hi @KTinBK,

This is a great question!

According to the screenshot, you've already selected Company as the associated object. Next, choose the desired property to filter by from the dropdown menu below the search bar. In my case, I selected Last Contact from the Company Properties. This is what it would look like:

Thanks @DianaGomez . I should clarify a bit more. I'm only looking to add contacts that have the association "point of contact" to a primary company.

Regarding the "Point of contact" you mentioned, I wanted to clarify if it is a contact property or a company property in your system. Could you please confirm?

Additionally, it would be helpful if you could provide a screenshot of the association you created in the settings option. This way, I can better understand the context and assist you more effectively.
