How to create a workflow that close the ticket

Hello Team,

Is there amyone can help me create a flow where in If there is ni activity on the ticket for couple of days, It will automatically close and send a feedback to the client, and If the feedback is below a certain score, It will re-open the ticket.

It there anyone here have tried that?

Yes, these workflows could look like this.

Ticket-based workflow:

Feedback-based workflow:

It might not be possible to accomplish this in Service Hub Starter as automation capabilities are limited there. The above workflows were created in Service Hub Professional.

Thanks for your help.

I would like to do something similar but with a different trigger. I would like to close a ticket once we have sent an email template to the customer regarding a specific query such as Breakfast.

Could you confirm that the workflow below would automatically sent an email about Breakfast if customer mentions it in their email, and then closes the ticket.
