    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Karsten,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to do something similar but with a different trigger.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Team,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there amyone can help me create a flow where in If there is ni activity on the ticket for couple of days, It will automatically close and send a feedback to the client, and If the feedback is below a certain score, It will re-open the ticket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It there anyone here have tried that?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
