topic Can an email contact have multiple version of one property in Hubspot? in Lists, Lead Scoring & Workflows

My Company uses an API to pass data from our Parent database to HubSpot for Email Marketing purposes. The Unique ID for the Parent database is User ID (not email like HubSpot). One email in the Parent database can be used for multiple client programs.

So say there are 3 company member programs on the Parent database that a single email belongs to. This email is part of each of the 3 member programs. The email (the user) belongs to all 3 programs.

We pass extended/custom member properties (call it program number)

When in Hubspot, the email contact profile can ONLY display an extended/custom property of one of the 3 programs at a time.

Is there a workarond for this? Is it possible to display all 3 extended/custom properties at once?

We are running into automation overlap because customers are signing up for multiple programs BUT using the same email.

Just thought I'd take a shot!
