@David-2017 to edit an email address for a contact you'll need to click into their individual contact record and then edit the email address field.

If you encounter any issues while you're doing that, let me know.

@David-2017 Here's what I'm talking about - if I hit edit the contact, there's no email option to edit...

I am pretty sure it is not possible to edit the email field @jeyso10.

I used to create a new contact and merge it with the old one.

Hi @SFornasier., @David-2017, @tommorsebrown and @jeyso10, I hope you are doing great!

You can edit a user's email by following these steps:

1. Navigate to the contact record.

2. Click on Actions > View all properties.

3. Type "email" in the search bar.

4. Click on the email address to access the editing box.

5. Make the necessary changes to the email address and click save.

It doesn't allow access to the email property doing it this way.

This is actually easy but is hard to find!

You can't edit it within the contact, you have to edit it from your list of contacts.

Go to Contacts
When you see all of your contacts, search for the contact you want in the search bar
Don't click on the contact. Stay on this page. You should see the contact name is in the first column and the email in the second column
Click within the email box to the right of the email. If you click on the email itself it will take you to an email popup. If you click to the right of the email it becomes an editable field.
Type in the correct email address
Click save at the bottom left of your screen
