Static list as a workflow enrolment trigger

Hello there,
I was wondering if it is possible to create a Workflow based on a list. So i have just created a list filled with a bunch of contact. I would like to create a Workflow where the enrolment trigger is that if contacts are part of that particular list, then they can be enrolled in the workflow. Can anyone shed some light on weather or not this is possible and if it is, then how is it done. Thank you very much in advance 🙂 🙂

Hi @AMstoyan,

This is possible, you would set it up exactly the same way you would an active list:

Once the workflow is live, new contacts would enroll when they're added manually to the static list.

(When you enroll contacts from an active list, contacts will enter the workflow as soon as they meet the list filter criteria.)

Yes, When a record meets the list's criteria, it will become a member of the list and enroll in the workflow. Set the criteria for the list, so that the contacts automatically gets added to the list and therby triggering the workflow.
