Setting up a workflow with automated website visit follow-up emails

Does anyone have any workflow examples that doe the follwing (I am trying to create one but struggling!):

Visitor visits website for first time (after converting on a form or clicking through from an e-shot)

Receives an automated email straight after.

If they visit the website again, than no further action.

If they don't visit the website again for a stated period of time, I want to send them another automated email.

Hi @dwightbailey,

Do you want the first email to be sent right after the submitted a form or when they come back after their first form submission? If it's the former, you could simply trigger the first email of the form submission. If you want to send an email during their first session, it could look like this (but again, this might trigger at the same time as other emails following a form submission):

For the second email, you can use the contact properties Time last seen or Time of last session and set it to "is more than X days". I would create a second workflow for this (personal preference), enrolling contacts who were sent the first email and whose Time last seen is more than X days ago.
