&lt;P class=""&gt;I'm looking to speak with a few HubSpot users (sales, marketing, RevOps) for short 20-min conversations.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;I'm trying to better understand how teams deal with customer reviews and testimonials: how you collect them (if you do), what you do with them, whether it's something you actively care about or not.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;No agenda and nothing to pitch. I just want to understand different realities: structured process, total mess, or "we don't really think about it."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;During the call, I'm also happy to share what I'm hearing from other teams so far, sometimes it's useful to see how others approach it.&lt;BR /&gt;And if anything comes up where I can help, happy to do that too.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
