How do you manage customer reviews and testimonials in HubSpot?

Hey everyone,

I'm looking to speak with a few HubSpot users (sales, marketing, RevOps) for short 20-min conversations.

I'm trying to better understand how teams deal with customer reviews and testimonials: how you collect them (if you do), what you do with them, whether it's something you actively care about or not.

No agenda and nothing to pitch. I just want to understand different realities: structured process, total mess, or "we don't really think about it."

During the call, I'm also happy to share what I'm hearing from other teams so far, sometimes it's useful to see how others approach it.
And if anything comes up where I can help, happy to do that too.
