    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys!&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":waving_hand:"&gt;👋&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have been using HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional for a while now and tried to use the Social Listening feature and here are our findings:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;It is still &lt;STRONG&gt;limited&lt;/STRONG&gt; and not optimized for accurate &lt;STRONG&gt;mentions&lt;/STRONG&gt;, in both languages; &lt;STRONG&gt;English&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;Arabic&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;It only connects to social media platform which is &lt;STRONG&gt;X&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and we are not that active there yet. We're waiting for HubSpot's update on when they'll roll-out connecting &lt;STRONG&gt;LinkedIn&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;Instagram&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The keywords we had set up were general but still relevant to our industry and services. However, we didn’t get much value out of them. We were getting spammed with every thread containing any of those keywords. We narrowed them down to just our brand name in both EN &amp;amp; AR and our competitor names, but still receiving a lot of &lt;STRONG&gt;irrelevant mentions&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I thought to share this with you guys to share knowledge and experience on the social listening tool.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
