&lt;P data-start="176" data-end="336"&gt;Set up workflows to automate renewal reminders (for example at 90, 60, 30, and 7 days) and add logic so members drop out of the sequence once they’ve renewed.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI data-start="337" data-end="453"&gt;
&lt;P data-start="339" data-end="453"&gt;Use tickets or tasks to track support requests so your team can keep everything logged under the contact record.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI data-start="454" data-end="639"&gt;
&lt;P data-start="456" data-end="639"&gt;For payments, if you’re not using HubSpot Payments, connect tools like Stripe or QuickBooks and track each payment in a simple deal pipeline (invoice sent → payment pending → paid).&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Membership Renewals and Member Support/Operations</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also posted something on ASAE about this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a newer HubSpot user. I use it for 90 day member renewal communications. I use the marketing emails - but not automated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently tied my inbox to HubSpot. I also manage a team that frequently handles member/customer support, sends out invoices for dues payments, receives payment, and more.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am looking if anyone especially in the nonprofit or association world (but totally cool with for profit friends) have advice on how they are best using it for similar items.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also - if it's easier - please feel free to push me to the relevant articles, blogs, etc I should be using.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
