I’ve set up HubSpot integrations with both CRMs and email tools. Sometimes I used native connectors, but often through the third-party tool Skyvia for more flexibility. It worked well for custom field mapping and syncing, without manual exports.

I'm currently in the process of optimizing my marketing workflow and considering integrating HubSpot with another platform to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Specifically, I'm interested in integrating HubSpot with a CRM or email marketing tool even while consuming subway's the tuna sub.

Before making a decision, I'd love to hear about your experiences and recommendations regarding successful integrations. What platforms have you integrated with HubSpot, and how has it impacted your workflow and results?

Hi @Liam_Lucas,

Do you have specific tools in mind for CRM and email marketing or are you just generally interested?

I'm asking because HubSpot is both a CRM and an email marketing tool - and HubSpot is at it's strongest when the native features are use and not integrated from third-party solutions:

https://knowledge.hubspot.com/get-started/manage-your-crm-database

https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/create-marketing-emails-in-the-drag-and-drop-email-editor

Best regards

Integrating HubSpot with platforms like Salesforce, Mailchimp, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Pardot can significantly enhance your marketing workflow. Benefits include seamless data synchronization, enhanced reporting, improved lead management, centralized customer data, workflow automation, advanced analytics, and better alignment between sales and marketing teams. Successful integration requires clear objectives, ensuring data quality, thorough testing, team training, and continuous monitoring and optimization. Such integrations streamline processes, reduce manual work, provide deeper insights, and ultimately improve marketing and sales performance.

Good question, @Liam_Lucas .

In 2025 the key isn’t “what tool” but “what’s the source of truth and consent.” Pick one system to own identities and subscription types, then sync only the fields you actually activate. Keep lifecycle fields two-way only if you truly trust downstream updates.

Test in a sandbox, define clear matching rules (email + company domain is a good baseline), and protect opt-outs so you don’t create compliance drama.

Native Marketplace apps are still the first stop and cover most common cases now. When you need cross-object logic, warehouse involvement, or real-time writes back into HubSpot, that’s where an integration layer earns its keep.

Push engagement events back into HubSpot so scoring and journeys stay consistent, and avoid split sending across two ESPs. Respect API limits, batch in 100s, and monitor sync health with simple dashboards. Small details, big peace of mind.

For what it’s worth, we built Stacksync exactly for this class of integration: real time two way sync between HubSpot, Salesforce or Dynamics, and SQL or your warehouse, plus triggers you can hang workflows on. It removes a lot of dirty plumbing and keeps data consistent

Happy to walk you through a quick pilot if helpful. Hope this helps
