Alternative for an Email Archive Page

Hi all,

I was looking for an option to have a page where I could have the online versions of an email newsletter (archive page) that could be accessed by the public if they wanted to see previous newsletter issues.

It looks like HubSpot doesn't currently offer an option for this and there have been some ideas submitted already (e.g. https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Allow-adding-of-email-campaign-archive-to-website/idi-p/387949#M68906)

I was wondering if anyone has found a workaround for it. Even if it's not automatically updated it, is there a place in HubSpot where this can be built? I thought about using reports but not sure if that's feasible?
Any ideas/alternatives would help! But also if you're looking for something similar, good idea to upvote the idea above.

Hi!

What do you think of enabling the web version of each email as explained here, and manually compiling those links on a landing page or blog post to simulate an archive? This won’t update automatically. Would you consider this as a decent workaround?

If you go that route, make sure to keep those pages linked from somewhere on your site so they’re accessible, since individual email pages won’t be indexed by search engines by default.

Hi @Bibiana_R,

This does exist, in the form of the email web version see here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/create-a-web-version-of-your-marketing-email

It requires a Marketing Hub Starter subscription or higher.

If you want to go back and get this web version for older emails, simply clone the already sent emails, and send it to yourself (an actual send to your contact record) after enabling the web version.

My question might have been confusing, what I was looking for was a way to compile the links to the web version of emails in one place that is available to the public (newsletter archive). It doesn't look like that exists yet but I upvoted that idea that is asking for it.
