Automated Workflow with Google Sheets from Anonymous Form

Hi, I created an anonymous form in Hubspot to collect feedback. I want to automatically populate all the responses to Google Sheets so I can run analytics. However, since I am not collecting contact information and the people I'm collecting feedback from are not contacts, I can't build a workflow. I've tried coming up with some workarounds but I'm still getting nowhere.

Is there any way that I can get the data automatically pulled into Google Sheets for my anonymous feedback form that are a mix of contacts and non-contacts?

Hi @CMa0,

This would probably require either working with the API or leveraging an existing connector like Zapier. https://zapier.com/apps/google-sheets/integrations/hubspot

In Zapier, you can trigger a Zap based on 'New form submission', then add a row in a Google Sheet. Since this is looking at the form submission directly, you shouldn't be hindered by the lack of a contact record.

The best way to achieve this is likely through an external tool that leverages APIs. I like to use Coefficient which imports data from my HubSpot account. I can easily manipulate to include contacts and non-contact information while also applying different filters. I've set an automated refresh schedule so that every hour, it updates with the latest data without needing for me to go back to my spreadsheet and open it again.
