Inbound SMS Autoresponder workflow

Hi all,

We are new to using HubSpot SMS and need to create an Inbound SMS Autoresponder workflow. We want to be able to send a canned SMS response to anyone who replies to an SMS, e.g., "I need help with," Your product has caused a problem," etc.

We have tried a conversation-based workflow since all SMS replies create a conversation in our SMS Inbox. No luck... no ability to send SMS.

We have tried a contact-based workflow where we added SMS Messages to available data. No lucjk... no way to check for SMS reply.

Any help or insight gratefully recieved.
