Hello, our non HubSpot form submissions create contacts however is there a way you can get it to create companies instead of contatcs?

Form submissions will always create or update contacts, this cannot be changed, unfortunately.

This is however easy to automate using workflows (after the fact, with the contact already having been created). Alternatively, this setting can automatically create company records based on email domains: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/automatically-create-and-associate-companies-with-contacts
