Hi @ATaylor818,

This is potentially caused by the email client receiving the email. I'm not sure what email client is receiving the email, but some versions of Outlook do not support the CSS that would render corners as you might see when creating the email. I understand that this can be frustrating. There are workarounds to help; here's a decent article, but there are a ton of other resources out there as well.

Have you tested other email clients than the one you're sending the email to? Does the web version render the rounded corners? If you're seeing the same thing no matter what, it might not be the email client issues, but from my experience, it's likely that.

Hope this helps!

When I design a marketing email in HubSpot, it looks great, with features like rounded edges on boxes displaying perfectly. However, when I send a test email, the design doesn’t appear the same—specifically, the rounded edges are missing.

This issue is becoming increasingly frustrating, and I’d appreciate any advice or solutions to ensure the emails render consistently across platforms.
