Hey @CODonnell185 you just need a trigger workflow enrollment criteria, you can set the trigger to contact property > lead owner "is known". If you have re-enrollment enabled this will sent someone through your workflow every time the contact owner is updated.

Sounds like you have the notification setup! For the salesforce link, I haven't used salesforce in a bit, but you should be able to get the salesforce ID from a HubSpot property. It's trickier since SFDC has "leads" and "contacts" but if you know the contact is a lead vs a contact you could just create a link with a HubSpot personalization token in the email. So it would be something like https://salesforce.com/{{salesforce.contactID}}

Not sure if the exact personalization token to use or the exact url to use off the top of my head but if you have your SFDC contact/lead url and the personalization token value this would work!

Hi all 🙂

I use HubSpot Marketing and Salesforce as my CRM.

I have the integration setup and have the contact/lead owner as a two way sync between HS and Salesforce.

I'm looking to set up an autoamtion or workflow, that, once I update a lead owner in HubSpot, it can trigger an email to the new lead owner that includes the link to the lead record in Salesforce.

I've setup workflows to notify sales if one of their leads resubmits a form, but currently can't quite figure out how I can set something up that will notify someone that I have passed a lead to them,

Any help is much appreciated - long time reader, first time poster!
