Thanks for the tag @ajacks228 - as part of the Content Hub private beta I was able to create some really cool examples with Content Remix (sadly I no longer have access). Our team was able to streamline the creation of several social posts and ads from blogs. Looking forward to seeing what others have created!

I'm having an issue with Content Remix where I can't use any of our branded templates to generate emails. I reached out to customer support and here was the response:

"From what I could find as this tool is in Beta the scaffolding support is set by HubSpot on some templates only, there's currently no list of which and there's also no info on creating templates with this feature, meaning at the time only the ones set up by HubSpot are eligible for use with Content Remix, perhaps once out of Beta or in a more advanced state we will have the option to add this to templates or at least a list of available templates with this feature"

Does anyone know how to create branded email templates that can be used in Content Remix? I feel like this is an essential component to being able to use this tool.

@BrandonFrey it sounds like the scaffolding feature needed for the AI generation to work isn't able to be included in custom templates at this time (I can confirm I haven't found a way to code a template this way) - my guess is that this capability would roll out when it's out of beta and fully tested.

You could use content remix to generate the content and then manually migrate it to your brand template, scheduling it accordingly - the greatest benefit of Content Remix right now is to generate content quickly using your brand voice, even though you'd have to copy/paste it all over to your templates I bet that's still quicker than generating the content without using Content Remix.

I understand this topic has been discussed before, but I need some clarification. Can branded email templates be used with the new content remix feature?

From what I've gathered, the email needs to support "scaffolding," but there's a lack of clear guidance on how to create templates that fit this requirement. Are branded emails compatible with the content remix feature, or are they incompatible due to certain limitations?

Any insights or alternative approaches would be helpful. Thank you!

I'm still looking for a solution to this. I'm not sure if these docs were available when you wrote your post https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/cms/building-blocks/content-scaffolding?hs_preview=XjcizpKB-164164808242#configure-scaffolding-schema but I still can't get my template to show in the dropdown for template selection in remix tool 😞

Hi ajacks228, in looking below I see that others are experiencing the same issues as I am. I purchased Content Remix, but unfortunately find it unusable. I spent some money having branded email templates created specifically to support Content Remix, but we are unable to get it working. I am trying to figure out how to do Landing Pages as well but that is not working either and my agency is hesitatant because we already spent a bit of time and money on this. It seems, that Content Remix isn't usable for branded emails and landing pages. Which if that is the case, I am not really sure of any company with brand guidelines would ever be able to use it.
