How I'm using Landing pages, Forms, Zapier, ChatGPT, and Workflows to send hyper-personalized emails

Hey, HubSpot Community! 👋

I wanted to share an exciting automation I've been working on that has revolutionized our lead response process. By combining HubSpot, Zapier, and ChatGPT, we've created a system that automatically generates highly personalized emails for new leads.

Here's a breakdown of how it works:

Lead Capture (0:08): We use HubSpot forms to collect detailed information from leads, including name, email, company, location, and specific needs.
Data Processing (2:54): The form data creates a contact record with all the collected information in HubSpot.
Workflow Initiation (3:23): A HubSpot workflow sends a webhook with the lead's information to Zapier.
Lead Classification (4:35): In Zapier, we use ChatGPT to classify the lead based on their message (e.g., sales lead, job inquiry, vendor pitch).
Routing (6:07): We filter and route the lead appropriately based on its classification. For example, job inquiries are sent to a different workflow.
Email Generation (7:04): For sales leads, we use ChatGPT again to write a highly personalized email based on the lead's information and message.
HubSpot Integration (9:39): The generated email is formatted as rich text and sent back to HubSpot, ready for automated sending.

Key Tips:

Use rich text fields in HubSpot to preserve the formatting of AI-generated content.
Adjust ChatGPT's temperature setting to balance creativity and accuracy.
Consider using ChatGPT assistants or fine-tuned models for even more tailored responses.

This system will significantly improve our response times and personalization, leading to better engagement with our leads. It's handy for handling high volumes of inquiries efficiently.
