How to create a conversation based workflow enriched with Deal dataset?

I'm trying to get Inbox notifications to Slack that exclude Spam emails. Default Slack notification is not customizable enough to send what I need into a Slack Channel and includes Spam emails that can't be filtered out, so I have enabled a Conversation based workflow.

The problem with that one is that the Slack notification can't be enriched with Deal dataset, leaving me with only Contact properties and over there I don't have the Deal name, SAT score, CS owner, Sales owner (for the deal that belongs to a contact) etc.

What am I missing and what are the options?

You can send customized Slack notifications through workflows (Professional and Enterprise only), and it might look like this.

You can find all the necessary steps to complete this process by following the instructions in this article.

Hello @DianaGomez , unfortunately this is not working for conversation based workflows, see example of the workflow below.

I can't add Deal as Data source and that's the major gap here for me to not be able to enrich the notification with Sales owner, CS owner, renewal date, SAT score etc.

I also can't use the native Slack notification for Inbox, because that is not filtering out Spam messages

@DianaGomez I don't want "ticket" I need "Deal" that's not visible, why?

Hi @PetrPinkas,

As I mentioned, the actions available to you depend on your subscription. You can click on the option that says: Get data from other object types (Deals, companies, etc) learn more, to know more about it.

In that case, it should be visible under a lock symbol, but it is not there at all? @DianaGomez
