I am a B2G marketer. My target audience is in a very niche industry. The are only 18000 companies that are the decision-makers in the target audience. Any recommendations for creating personas?
I am using Hubspot for email marketing and practicing industry standards. Need to go beyond the number. Any recommendations for buyer personas?

When creating personas in a niche industry, it is recommended to start simple and keep the first version of your ideal customer profile limited to one or two key points. Then, create one persona within that profile and gradually add details with the help of other people internally until you have a fully developed persona.
