Event admin notification on "fully" booked events - list reaches a certain amount etc

A client of mine is looking for a solution regarding their training service where they use HubSpot forms and Marketing Hub to keep track of admin (submissions, reminder emails etc). Unfortunatly they have a few challenges with this in regards of keeping track of when courses get fully booked etc. They would like our help with this so please hit me with your best ideas on:

Need to have:

Getting notified when a course is starting to get full - let's say "send a notification email to X when event/form/list reaches 80% or a set fixed number"

Nice to have:

An automated text on their web page (or landing page for the event) that pops up saying "Only a few seats left"
Be able to schedule page to "Unpublished" automatically when a specific signup list reaches a certain amount of contacts (= fully booked course).

All training courses and events are published as landing pages today. The client have Marketing Hub Professional ans Sales Enterprise and are building their new web in HS CMS asws. They don't have OH so I am looking for solutions that does not require OH.

List notifications just became a thing and are currently in beta: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/lists/set-up-list-notifications

If you're not seeing this reflected in your account yet, this is how you can enable the beta:

This would be your must-have. For the nice-to-haves, I'm not aware of any native solutions in HubSpot. This would require a custom coded solution or a third-party event management integration.

In your original post you said they had Sales Hub Enterprise? @JMatsdotter

In any case, without Enterprise Thierry unfortunately isn't any way to achieve what you're looking for natively / without custom code.
