      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same problem. It appears to have occurred after setting up new DNS (CNAME / MX / TXT) records as per new Google / Yahoo email spam laws.&amp;nbsp; Nothing it loading in my emails.&amp;nbsp; Its like all the links are broken.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I sent the below to hubspot support and trying to get a resolve so I can continue operating our business marketing campaigns.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. When clicking a button in my test email it doesn't go to the link that has been saved, it attempts to go to the website, but says 'page not found'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. This happens for file downloads (contained within hubspot media file) too. None of the links are working. Images and file downloads do not point back to the hubspot media file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, I've removed them all and reloaded them again with no resolve.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Whether its an image, a button for a file download or a link to a website blog. None of the links are communicating with the emails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. It has to be a simple configuration issue which started after setting up 'recommended' DNS / SPAM configurations.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. I am receiving emails from various other marketing brands and seeing images and links etc. no issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will follow this community post as I'm ready to call it quits.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Jeremy,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My issues resolved after I disconnected my website blog and landing pages from hubspot in the domain section. I now only have my markeing emails connected.&amp;nbsp; My website was created and hosted through siteground but the domain was purchased via GoDaddy.&amp;nbsp; So, I dont need to have the site connected to hubspot, but I do want to manage my CRM and marketing emails through Hubspot.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope your issue has been resovled. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I know HubSpot free can sometimes be frustrating, especially because it doesn't include support. But I think you're in the right place to find help among other users like me. Here's what I'd do for some troubleshooting.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Switch browsers (Chrome to Firefox or Edge or Safari) or use incognito mode to rule out extensions blocking popups.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Clear browser cache, cookies, and disable ad blockers, VPNs, or privacy tools like Ghostery that interfere with JavaScript dialogs.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Try a different network; avoid mobile data or slow ISP uploads, as they can timeout popups&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Free HubSpot accounts do have restrictions, like no Marketing &amp;gt; Files tool, limiting visible uploads. That could be an issue.&amp;nbsp;Verify your account setup: complete identity verification and business info in settings to unlock features. I'd also test on HubSpot's standalone file upload page or design manager if applicable, and you have access.&lt;/P&gt;
