&lt;P&gt;If you have Marketing Hub Professional and if you're fine with maintaining branches, you can use branches based on a random split:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/workflows/use-if-then-branches-in-workflows#configure-a-random-split-branch-marketing-hub-professional-or-enterprise-only" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://knowledge.hubspot.com/workflows/use-if-then-branches-in-workflows#configure-a-random-split-b...&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not, then I'm not aware of any ways that would cleanly and natively accomplish what you're trying to do without upgrading to Sales Hub Professional.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There are always options to explore using Zapier, or third-party solutions of course. I'm not aware of any official app marketplace integrations but every once in a while, a script not approved to the marketplace floats around.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In other words: random split branches OR a Sales Hub Professional upgrade OR build-your-own-process with Zapier.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to know if there's any way or logic that can be built to assign the leads to the sales rep on a round robin basis without sales hub&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I mean is it mandatory to have Sales Hub for assigning leads on a round robin basis? We have a sales team that work on specific projects, say 5 sales team work on project A and I was to assign the leads to only these 5 sales people on a round robin basis. Can I do this only by having Marketing Hub?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I built a Round Robin action that might work for you:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.daeda.tech/projects/out-of-office-workflows" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.daeda.tech/projects/out-of-office-workflows&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;AFAIK, if you have workflows it should work for any plan - you can add your 5 users and it will distribute output their usernames in sequence, so you can assign them as contact owners.&lt;BR /&gt;It's designed to also take into account availabilty and out-of-office, but it will work for this simpler case too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;If you have access to Workflows, HubSpot can handle round-robin with a workflow + “Rotate record to owner”.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;If you’re on Starter, the challenge is that Workflows isn’t available for automation/routing, so native round-robin options are limited. The common workarounds I’ve seen are:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;- Separate forms/paths per rep (not true round-robin; more of a split)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;- Manual assignment queue with an SLA&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;- Use an external router&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;(Disclosure) I’m building NextUp specifically for HubSpot Starter: round-robin pointer + audit logs + “owner-empty-only” so it never steals accounts. If you’re Starter, I can share the setup.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
