Tracking the number of events a participant has registered/attended

I am helping a nonprofit implement HubSpot. They want to track metrics like the number of events a participant has registered for in the last 6 months etc. With the Marketing Hub Starter subscription, is there a way to create this kind of "dynamic" property?

I love the fact that you're helping a nonprofit! 😍

The question I have for you is how the event attendance is tracked at the moment. If it's based on a form submission, there's a native property called "form submissions" which tracks exactly that. Now, if there are many forms that are not event registrations, that can skew the data. If there's only the event registration forms and a single contact form, it might be easier to get the data.
