Recreating automations and journeys from Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Hey HubSpot Community!

How easy (or difficult) is it to recreate the automations and journeys that I have in Salesforce Marketing Cloud in HubSpot Marketing Hub? Is there a simple way to copy them across, or does each automation and journey need to be rebuilt from scratch?

Hi @DerekBallantyne,

There isn't any tool, at least I'm not aware of any that would let you copy or automatically recreate journeys in a few clicks. You need to recreate them from scratch. Luckily, HubSpot's workflow tool is comparably intuitive and HubSpot is also currently working on making it even more friendly to new users. But yes, you'll have to start from scratch.

how can we capture these new customers that have made contact with BAT

we need the know how to

1.0 has a system to capture, have details filled in like customer type, industry, etc (profile information ) so we can market back to them

There is no option to switch other platform to Hubspot platform . first you export the all of your data from other CRM Software and Onboarding your data into HubSpot . than you can start your HubSpot Automation from Scratch . there is no way to you can copy your automation to salesforce CRM Cloud to Hubspot .
