If I use this list:

To drive this lead score attribution, will it attribute the score every time a contact comes back onto this list?

i.e. the same person visits my pricing page Monday, Thursday, Sunday with they get the point each time? Technically they will have dropped off the list and been re-added each time they visitited.

Hey @GHunt5

Lead Score Property does the calculation every single mement. Firstly you need to set the criterias.

The moment a contact falls under a certain criteria a score is rewarded, and the moment contact's no more falls under the criteria anymore the score is automatically deducted.

So every time the contact is added into the list, he/she will get scored, and the moment the contact is removed form the list, the score will be deducted simultaneously.
here is a change made to the property's value after adding and removing the contact from the list.

Hope this helps!!

Hi @GHunt5
The filter used above will give the score for one time for contact. To add the score for the number of time a lead has visited the page, the score model provides an extra filter each time.

I hope it helps!
Thanks!

@GHunt5 - I would make the argument that even when these rules are set up correctly, you're still not getting a score that accurately represents your leads' readiness to convert.

Why? A few reasons:

Rule-based scoring models are not objective, they’re biased, because they’re limited to the subjectivity of whoever sets it up, as opposed to letting AI crawl through your data and find deep correlations.

Rule-based scoring models have blind spots. They only factor-in data from HubSpot, ignoring many relevant data sources, user touch points, and user journeys. In reality, there are lots of non-obvious, hidden factors that are driving prospects’ certainty and likelihood to convert.

If no one includes these factors in your scoring model, you’re running the risk of excluding buyers, or including the wrong prospects.

Happy to discuss further how AI can offer more advanced predictive scoring models than rule-based systems – www.forwrd.ai (we're an official HubSpot partner).
