Merge or sum of values between deals with the same company

Hello, I need your help/opinion 🙌

I have the following challenge that I don't know how to solve, and I'm going to give you some context.

I have a pipeline created specifically to deal with renewal deals. There are two types of deals which I identify with a property: Type of Business.
Deal type 1: Renewals
Deal type 2: Upgrades (upsell's...)

This type of deal is separate so that I can send closed lost upsells that have not been won.

My aim would be to automatically combine renewal and upsell won deals into a single deal -> IF: both are won and are from the same company with the same dates (Date properties created in HubSpot to know when a deal starts and when its renewal date is; 2 properties like this -> xx/xx/xxxx).
It's obviously possible to do this manually, but I'd like to know if there's any way of making this process automatic, for example a automatic deal merge or taking the value of the upsell and adding it to the value of the renewal deal...

It's currently not possible within HubSpot to merge deals automatically. There is a 3rd party integration that can automate this though: Insycle Data Manager. I would recommend reaching out to Insycle team via their website to see if this integration could be a good fit for your use case.

@SClara I'm with @kvlschaefer on this to see if Insycle as a tool can help.

Also a thought: What if you had a Deal based workflow that when deals meet the criteria you delete them and create a new deal? Just a brainstorm - nothing thought out at this point.

The only other solution I'm aware of is manual. Same for contacts & company records - no automatic merging.

Maybe someone else has a solution or tool to offer.
