Lead Journey Reporting

Hi,

I am creating a report showing the flow of new leads coming in and what we do with them. I want to highlight the different lead sources of organic leads (customers sought us out) versus paid leads. I have built some customer journey reports but cannot figure out how to have one report showing everything.

I would like the report to show thee customer acquisition and the win rates.

Hey @AChapin are you storing these sources anywhere? When you say paid leads, do you mean leads who came from ads or paid social? If so, you could use the "original source" properties within HubSpot to report on the sources of each contact in your portal.

There's also a default report template called Contacts created by interaction source with traffic source breakdown"

which might be a good jumping off point to start building the report you need!
