How do you migrate static files from Pardot to HubSpot?

Hi all,

I need to move the static files hosted in Pardot (mostly PDFs, images) to HubSpot. How can this be done?

Do I have to download Pardot files and upload them to HS? How do I make sure the URLs are similar so I can set up redirects?

It's been a minute since I've been in Pardot, but you will likely have to download the assets and then upload to Hubspot. I don't know if there's an automated way through the API to do this and I don't believe either service offers an FTP service to transfer between.

As far as maintaining structure, Hubspot has a files manager that you can maintain a folder structure, so yourdomain.com/folder/file.ext . As long as the folder structure is the same from Pardot, you should be able to upload right into place, and assuming you are moving your existing subdomain records to Hubspot, that should be seamless.

Thank you for the list. I checked all of them but neither can sync between Pardot and Hubspot.
