Hi everyone, someone knows how to create a deal automatically, when a contact is created?, I tried to do a workflow, but that service doesn't have the option.

Hello @IDrouillas , happy Friday!

I would recommend creating a workflow, the option you have to choose to create a new deal is the one called "create record" :

Once you select the "deal " option, you will have the option to set up different properties that will be automatically populated once the workflow starts working.

Your post is tagged Starter so if you only have that version, you will need to upgrade to Pro or Enterprise in order to get access to workflows to automate these types of tasks. Otherwise you will only be left with manual options.

The reason you are not able to create a deal automatically when a contact is created in your hubspot might be because of the HubSpot subscriptions you are using. As of now, none of the hub starters allows you to use workflows, and workflows are the tools for automation like the one you are looking for.

To better understand how the subscriptions work and see all the available features, I will recommend that you request a 14-day FREE trial(s) of any of the hubs that you find most interesting for your processes.
