Hubspot Live Chat Not Scrolling With the User

Hi there,

We have just installed the Hubspot Live Chat feature to our website, (revolution.design) but it doesn't seem to work properly.

If i'm not mistaken it should be scrolling with the user (in other words, have a position: fixed;), however it just appears as a static element on the end of the page.

How can we make it so that it scrolls with the user?

Hey

Can you share the settings you used for appearance and display of the
chatflow in HubSpot?

Also, when you say you installed it, what exactly do you mean by that?
Normally, as long as the tracking code is installed on your website, you
just define in the chatflow settings where, when and how the chat appears.

Hi @kallami where did you add the HubSpot tracking code to Webflow?

Here is the knowledge base article for installing the tracking code - if you've added to the wrong place, it would cause the chat to not appear until the code is reached on the page (why it shows at the bottom).

By installing I mean inserting the code into the </body> tag.

How do you think I should move forward?
